Refund & Return Policy

Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods (or, in the case of multiple deliveries, the last item or last partial delivery).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us clearly and unambiguously of your decision to withdraw. You may use the withdrawal form provided by support email.

Return Conditions

To limit unnecessary returns and ensure product quality, the following strict conditions apply:

1. Goods must be returned unused and in perfect condition

  • Items must be absolutely unused, unwashed, undamaged, and free from any marks, odors, or signs of wear.

  • All original packaging, tags, accessories, and protective elements must be intact.

Any deviation from the above conditions will result in refusal of the return or a significant reduction of the refund based on loss of value.

2. The customer bears all return costs

All direct return shipping costs are entirely at your charge, including any tracking, insurance, or customs fees if applicable.

We strongly recommend using tracked shipping.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

3. Responsibility for diminished value

You are fully liable for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is strictly necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.
Excessive handling will lead to a partial refund only, or the return being rejected entirely.

4. Refunds are issued only after inspection

We will not issue any refund before:

  • we have physically received the goods, and

  • they have passed our quality inspection confirming full compliance with our return conditions.

If the items do not comply, they will be either:

  • returned to you at your expense, or

  • refunded partially based on assessed depreciation.

Refund Timeline

If your withdrawal is valid and your returned goods comply with all conditions, we will reimburse the payments received for the goods, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs due to your choice of a non-standard delivery option).

Refunds will be issued within 14 days from the date we receive your withdrawal notice—but may be withheld until we have received the goods or until you provide proof of shipment (whichever comes first).

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Exclusions & Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 312g(2) of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods that are custom-made, personalized, or produced according to the consumer’s individual selections.

  • Goods that are clearly tailored to personal needs.

  • Sealed items that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken after delivery.

  • Goods that have been used, damaged, or handled excessively beyond what is necessary to verify their nature.

In these cases, no withdrawal or refund is possible.
